Organisations go through changes all the time. Sometimes voluntarily, and most times not. What this process feels like for different stakeholders depends in large part on whether the leadership understands the driving force behind the change and communicates it effectively across the board. While some organisational changes are focused on improvements, others are clearly existential in their nature. When change is a matter of survival, the way we approach it is not to be gambled with. 

In this talk, I would like to bring together agile inspired lessons for traditional change management and show how to use the wave of change to create an improvement engine within your organisation.
